Exercise is the great equalizer, yet during stressful times, it is often difficult to stay motivated and consistent with our workouts.  Recent economic stresses have added financial challenges which may preclude hiring a professional trainer for private sessions and some have cancelled gym memberships altogether.   As a solution, The Fitness Coach is offering an affordable and fun workout alternative.

There are several ways to participate:

1.  Host full-time or share the hosting of a fitness club.
2.  Attend a small group exercise program in your neighborhood.
3.  Organize a group of friends, family and neighbors.
4.  Join an existing group nearby.

It's easy to get started:

1.  Contact The Fitness Coach to schedule your fitness club introductory meeting.  Gretchen M. Ashton, CFT, NBFE, will attend your first meeting at no charge to assist you with the formation and details of your fitness club.

2.  Invite others to attend.  During your meeting you will decide when and where to meet and for how long, what kind of workouts you are interested in (or need), discover individual and group goals,  decide how much you each will pay for The Fitness Coach to conduct your group training sessions, and even select a name for your club.

3.  Workout programs are structured around the Results Now 12-Week Goal Plan and include tracking each members progress and nutritional coaching.

4.  Show up for your workouts, exercise and enjoy the motivation of a professional and the encouragement of other fitness club members.
